We begin the evening gathered in circle.
As Blue Lotus tea is shared amongst the group, we take a moment to arrive, settle, and connect with one another. Within this space, there is no expectation to perform, achieve, or be anything other than yourself.
Blue Lotus has been used for centuries as a ceremonial plant ally, traditionally associated with relaxation, reflection, and expanded awareness. Revered by the Ancient Egyptians, it was often used in rituals intended to bridge the conscious and subconscious mind.
As we drink together, we create a gentle transition from the outside world into a more inward space.
From there, Samantha will guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey accompanied by a carefully curated musical landscape.
Using the breath and body as medicine, participants are invited into an altered yet entirely natural state of consciousness.
Within this space, women may experience:

• Greater self-trust

Each journey is unique.
While we begin and end together, the breathwork experience itself is deeply personal. Some women may experience profound emotional release. Others may simply leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
There is no right experience.

Following the breathwork, we gather once more in circle.
There is an opportunity to share reflections, insights, or simply sit quietly amongst the group before returning to the evening.
Participants are encouraged to take time afterwards for rest, journaling, or reflection, allowing the experience to continue unfolding naturally.
This evening is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To listen.
To reconnect.
