This December, Embody Your True Body invites you inward with ceremonialist, transformational guide and Flow Priestess Leah Sonaria for an experiential journey into the wisdom and power of the womb.

Across ancient feminine traditions, the womb has been understood as oracle, portal and creative crucible: a place from which we birth not only life, but art, ideas, visions and new versions of ourselves.

And yet for many women, our relationship with this part of the body has become clouded by shame, suppression, disconnection and the stories we have inherited about what our bodies should be.

Perhaps it's time to listen differently.

Leah will begin by inviting us into the body through meditation and grounding before sharing some of the wisdom and teachings that have shaped her own journey into womb-centred living. She will then guide us through an experiential practice designed to clear stagnant energy and reconnect us with the womb as a source of creativity, intuition and power.

There will also be space afterwards to reflect, share and put words to whatever you experienced.

You don't need to arrive already knowing about womb work, sacred feminine practices or energy healing.
