What happens when you stop thinking and start noticing?

This November, join us for The Five Senses, an intimate Mini Skirt - Workshop & Play, exploring sound, touch, sight, smell and taste.

Hosted inside a private apartment, we'll spend the evening moving through a guided sensory journey designed to bring you into the present moment and encourage connection, curiosity and playful exploration.

From meditation and sound bowls to scented oils, massage, chocolate and berries, each part of the experience invites you to focus on one sense at a time and notice what changes when the others become quieter.

This will be a small and personal evening with plenty of opportunity to settle in, connect and experience each element at your own pace.

Please note: Play will be welcome, but not expected. You're also welcome to simply socialise and settle into the atmosphere.

We'll begin with drinks and time to mingle before Maria guides us into meditation, using eye coverings to turn our attention inwards.

From there, Alexia will introduce sound through a sound bowl experience before we move into touch and scent. Working with scented oils, Claire, a licensed massage therapist, will guide a consensual partner massage experience, with clear guidance around comfort and boundaries throughout.

As the eye coverings come away, we'll bring sight back into the room before finishing with taste: berries, chocolate and small bites to explore individually or, if you choose, playfully shared with another guest.

Your ticket includes the full Five Senses experience, guided meditation, sound bowl session, facilitated sensory exploration and massage, all materials and oils, sparkling wines and sensory bites throughout the evening.

Numbers are strictly limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. 

A private apartment in the stylish 11ème arrondissement, Paris, transformed for the evening into a warm and intimate sensory space with soft lighting and comfortable areas for our workshop. 

Doors open at 7pm - arrive no later than 7:30pm | Event ends at Midnight.

Think soft fabrics, silk, satin, loose layers and pieces that feel as lovely against the skin as they look. Choose something that allows you to relax comfortably during meditation and the guided massage experience. 

Mini Skirt is our more intimate Event format, bringing a smaller group of women together around a shared experience.

For The Five Senses, that means slowing things down and exploring something together through a guided workshop rather than the pace of a larger party. With limited places, there's more opportunity to meet everyone in the room, become comfortable in the space and connect through the experience itself.
