Step into a sacred, immersive space where sound, sensation, and connection meet.

Skirt invites you to a deeply nourishing workshop exploring the healing vibrations of sound, sensual awareness, and energetic connection within an affirming femme container.

This evening is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom through ancient sound practices and gentle, consent-led touch principles.

Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this workshop centres safety, curiosity, and embodied presence. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are and explore what healing, pleasure, and connection feel like for you.

Expect grounding, intimacy without pressure, and a powerful sense of restoration as sound moves through the body, clears stagnation, and invites renewal.

This workshop is lovingly guided by Sarbina Nepthine of Queer Conscious Connected and Samantha of Wild Heart Awakened.

Together, they create a respectful, affirming space rooted in consent, care, and embodied awareness. Their facilitation weaves sound healing, energetic exploration, and sensual presence into a journey that is both grounding and expansive.

Workshop Flow

Part One: Grounding & Connection
We begin by establishing presence and safety through gentle movement, partnered exercises, and mindful touch practices. These opening invitations help build trust, awaken embodied awareness, and prepare the body’s energy system for the journey ahead.

Part Two: The Journey
You’ll be guided through your energy centres using the transformative power of sound. Himalayan singing bowls and gentle touch exercises are explored both individually and in thoughtfully paired practices.

Part Three: Integrative Sound Bath
The evening closes with a full sound bath experience. Rest comfortably as you are bathed in the rich vibrations of singing bowls and chimes. This meditative soundscape supports deep integration, restoration, and renewal on all levels of being.

 Soft, comfortable layers suitable for gentle movement and resting.
 Wear something that allows you to relax fully and feel at ease in your body. 

This is a clothes-on experience (at minimum lingerie), and the workshop is not a play party or sexual event.

This workshop includes an invitation to gently partner with another participant for guided touch and connection exercises.

All practices are fully consent-led, with clear communication encouraged throughout. You will always be supported to honour your own comfort levels, boundaries, and needs.
 
There is no pressure to participate in any exercise that doesn’t feel right for you.

Touch is facilitated across the physical body in a mindful, respectful way to support energetic awareness and healing.
