Our third Skirt Social Book Club is getting a little more intimate.

This November, we're reading GIVE IT TO ME! by Lisa Opel, a collection of realistic erotic writing that explores desire, fantasy, intimacy and the wonderfully human complexities of sex.

And this time, we're delighted to welcome Lisa Opel herself into the conversation.

Lisa Opel is an author of realistic erotic literature, TEDx speaker and pleasure advocate whose work explores sex as it is actually lived: exciting, awkward, funny and deeply human.

As a bisexual woman, mother and long-term partner, Lisa brings a refreshingly honest perspective to desire, fantasy and intimacy.

Her books GIVE IT TO ME!, SEX SEX SEX and Saved in Notes... explore the experiences and conversations we often struggle to put into words.

Her writing has appeared in Cosmopolitan, Stylist, VOGUE, VICE, Playboy and HuffPost. Through her longstanding collaboration with Skirt Club and her workshops and livestreams with JOYclub, Lisa encourages people to explore pleasure with curiosity, confidence and without shame.

We encourage you to explore the book ahead of our gathering, but finishing it isn't a requirement for joining the conversation.

Our monthly online Book Club is a relaxed, member-led gathering where women come together to share perspectives, explore ideas and connect through literature.

Facilitated by Indigo, with Madeline co-hosting, November's edition offers the opportunity to discuss GIVE IT TO ME! with its author, Lisa Opel.

We'll explore the book's themes of desire, fantasy and intimacy, with the chance to hear directly from Lisa about her writing and the experiences that inspire her work.

There's no pressure to finish the book or contribute to every discussion. You're welcome to listen, ask questions or simply enjoy the conversation.
