Skirt Club – Ticket Terms and Conditions

When you purchase a ticket for any of Skirt Club Limited’s events, you agree to comply with Skirt Clubs Event Policy, Privacy Policy and Membership and Website Terms and Conditions. The full terms can be reviewed at www.skirtclub.co.uk. Definitions in those terms and conditions apply.

Tickets are non-refundable but We are happy to exchange tickets for future events provided that you have given Us not less than 7 days’ notice of you not being able to attend the event.

Ticket sales are made on a first come first served basis. There will be a limited number of tickets per event.

We may need to cancel events from time to time at Our sole discretion. If We cancel the event, We will refund your ticket price within 7 days.

In accordance with our Membership Terms and Conditions:

• We request that you treat other Members with respect and dignity.
• We will not be liable for the behaviour of you and/or any other Members at our events.
• You must ensure that you are responsible for your own safety at our events. We are not responsible for your safety at any events you attend, you attend any such events at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for all communications and interactions you make with other Members at our events.
• We ask that all communications that you make to Members are civil, tasteful, constructive and polite.
• No photos are to be taken at any events by us or yourselves. Any photos that you may see on Social Media sites are of our staff and/or performers only.
• We will not tolerate any disruptive, offensive, abusive behaviour at any of our events.
• We are not responsible for the contraction of sexually transmitted diseases, and encourage the practice of safe sex at all times.
• We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any property/luggage at any time. We accept no responsibility for lost/stolen items at any time and left/lost property. Items found will be displayed on our Instagram and held for a maximum of 14 days before being donated to charity.
• If you are attending any of our events, please drink responsibly at all times. If you are a heavy drinker or appear inebriated, and We feel your drinking is a cause for concern, you may be asked to refrain for consuming further alcohol or leave the premises at any events we are holding. Please do not be offended by this, it is a moral and legal obligation. You will not be offered a refund for your ticket.
• We have a zero tolerance to drugs and reserve the right to search bags and clothing if we suspect this rule has been broken at any of our events. Please do not bring drugs to our events, or if offered, take them at our events. No Member or guest shall use, ingest, possess or distribute drugs while attending any of our events. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave the event without exception.

You may be required to produce photographic identity at Our events.

We reserve the right to reserve entry to any Member or guest who appears to be under the influence of drugs or whose behaviour we otherwise deem unacceptable. We also may ask Members or guests to leave our events if they do not comply with all our terms and conditions. You are not entitled to a refund in these circumstances.

Please note as a ticket holder you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. You voluntarily agree that the management facility, participants, participating clubs, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owner, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claim arising from such causes.

Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured and entry denied. Admission is subject to rules, laws, and by laws of the facility.

Alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, bags, and containers may be excluded from the premises. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of her belongings prior to entry or during occupation of facility to ensure compliance. No ticket shall be resold or offered for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the producers or promoters. All ticket sales final, no refund or exchanges except as set out in our terms and conditions.
