Sista Afya provides low-cost mental wellness services that centre on the experiences of Black women. They believe that by making mental wellness simple, accessible and affordable, more people will get what they need to have a full, whole life.

Sista Afya Mission achieved in 4 ways:

• Mental Wellness Education: Mental wellness workshops, professional development, & online resources.
• Resource Connection: Large events that bring service providers and community together.
• Community Support: Individual therapy, group therapy, support groups, and holistic healing events.
• Mental Wellness Merchandise: African- American & mental wellness themed colouring books, journals, greeting cards, apparel, and more.
