Our mixology experience explores sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and aromatic flavours — and how to balance them into a cocktail you actually want another of. Taste, mix and experiment with cocktails and mocktails as we discover which combinations make your mouth happiest.
Then class ends and happy hour begins. Free-flowing drinks, light bites, good music and ohhh... very good company until 9:00 PM.

Our guided mixology class explores how each flavour changes a drink — and what happens when you get the balance just right. Taste, mix and experiment your way through cocktails and zero-proof serves while discovering the combinations your palate loves most.
Chapter Three: Unlaced — 7:30 PM–9:00 PM
Class ends. The open bar does not.
Stay for free-flowing cocktails and mocktails, light bites, music, conversation and a little Sunday-night mischief with your Skirt Sisters. Yes, Darling... play IS allowed.
