Join us for a unique and nourishing evening of movement, breath work, and a plant-based dinner*. We will connect with our bodies and breath in a deep and intimate way, using nudity as a tool for liberation and self-expression. The evening begins with a movement and breath work practice led by Ash Rucker, designed to awaken the senses, and connect with our bodies and release any blockages that may be preventing us from fully embracing our authentic selves.

Join us for a unique and nourishing evening of movement, breath work, and a plant-based dinner*. After, we sit down to a nourishing four-course plant-based dinner*. During the meal, we will engage in a discussion based of the theme for the evening. No experience with nudity is necessary, and all bodies are welcome.
Please bring an open mind and heart and be prepared to take off your clothes and let go of inhibitions. Let's move, breathe, nourish, and connect together.
*Members attending this event will have an opportunity to share any major dietary requirements for menu planning purposes.

The evening will be led by Charlie Ann Max, a multidisciplinary artist, founder of Füde, and a graduate of both the Joffrey Ballet and the health supportive culinary program at the Institute of Culinary Education.
Dedicated to connecting humanity back to our purest selves through all of her creative endeavors, Charlie’s work strives to create a transformative experience of purity and human connection, whether it be through modeling, activism, or plant-based cooking. As an advocate for body positivity, wellness, and anti-censorship, Charlie pushes the boundaries towards liberation in all aspects of her work.
