Little Yogi Lou has an extensive dance background of 20+ years, a passion for spirituality and self expression. She combines her love of music and movement with guided breath centred movement and helping yogis to express, move, feel and release.
For our event, Little Yogi Lou will be including a guided meditation and yoga movements suitable for beginners with the potential for one or two more advanced moves towards the end of the session.

Location
A specially designed studio space in Collingwood created to encourage deep connection to one's divine feminine intuition and then continuing the sensual energy at a private venue a short distance away - studio location details will be revealed 2-3 days before the event.
